The staff was great. I knew what was going on at all times. All questions were answered fully and clearly. I did not feel rushed or that the doctor needed to move on to the next patient. I came away feeling like we had a plan to help me get better.

The physician (Dr. Saunders) was very kind and understanding and and listened carefully to everything I had to say. He was respectful of my opinions about the treatment options he gave me. I felt like he explained my options thoroughly and outlined the pros and cons of each option. He did not try to force any of the treatment options on me and made sure that I knew that any of the three options would help my situation. He also encouraged me to do further research on the treatments and gave me additional websites for research on my condition and the treatment options. The follow-up notes in MyChart were very accurate and thorough. If I decide to have surgery, I would feel comfortable with him performing it.
