I would like to have known more about what high blood pressure was I did not feel as if 138 is something to get myself all upset about a require a nerve bill to quiet down

She also listened carefully to My symptoms and prescribed a remedy with a referral to a specialist for an in depth evaluation. I feel fortunate to have Dr Thornton as my primary Physician.

I have never ever in the three years I have been going to Autumn Hall ever had a bad experience. My Dr. is The BEST. The Staff front office, lab and back office are always couteous, friendly and respectful.

Dr. Thornton has always been so empathetic, caring and attentive. Knowing that I'm not one to call in - unless I'm not in a good way. This time - I was in bad shape. Attacked by a mean, vicious virus - it took me down & out. I'm still not through the woods yet...but with Dr. Thornton by my side, I trust I'll get the care I need.

Dr. THORNTON is one of the best Drs. YOU have but she is over worked that's how you loose a good provider. You need to give some of your Hospitalist and Nurses in the ER some lesson on taking care of Pts and family my husband had 3 ER admission that all have Been nightmares especially one we just had. .. We will drive to Duke from now on !! I'm so disappointed in what's happened to NH ...

We believe Dr Thornton is a compassionate and caring PCP.

3 team members missed that lab work was ordered so it was not done even when I questioned it.

Dr. Thornton is amazing and I always have a great experience with her and can't say enough good things about her. Unfortunately, the wait time seems excessive every time I go. I was in the waiting room 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment time and this tends to be the norm.

Dr. Thornton is a good at diagnosing health problems. She identified a problem I had and provided a treatment and a referral. She also helped me with an issue after our meeting when I contacted her on My Chart.

I would have liked a bit more time with her, because when she left the room, I thought she was coming back. I had a few more questions. Now I think it will be difficult to talk to her until my next appt a month away. But she was terrific. I thought she listened, and was concerned, and kind. I was very happy that I was able to see her, although it took 4 months.
