Dr Hsu is a very good doctor and listens to ur concerns or comments. He also has a sense of humor which puts u at ease. Because of his care, I feel better!

This is what I think of over many years as his patient. Dr. Hsu seems to review my chart (recent and distant) history before entering exam room. When he enters room he typically greets me, opens up with statement that reflects he's reviewed history like lab or test. That statement with me is often candidly positive and informative. Then he sits down, gives me his complete attention, and allows more than enough or all the time I need to ask any questions before his exam. Sometimes he may leave the room briefly and I am guessing to check something in my chart or address something urgent unrelated to me. He is not gone long. He returns and tells me his follow-up recommendations and asks if anything else I need to discuss or ask. He's thorough, efficient, relaxed and attentive and reassuring in knowing my heart.
