Dr. Fei was fantastic. She's one of the most empathetic, human, and knowledgable doctors I've spoken with. I've seen 2 other hematologists in a different state, and she was the first one to explain how polycythemia works to me, and she's the first doc who has listened carefully enough to me and been curious about my experience enough to recommend testing for the cause of this health problem. She was also incredibly helpful with my concerns about cost of care given my high deductible. Very relieved to have such a positive experience. Thank you as well for a fragrance-free environment and for not having the TV on in the lobby. (I find TV noise overstimulating and end up going into appointments tense and defensive as a result).

Dr. Fei was very thorough and knowledgeable. I felt like she listened and was very attentive to my questions and concerns.

Wow,she took the time to explain what is going on inside Marty's body. To where we could understand it. That means a lot to us both.

The appointment was informative and gave us a clear understanding of the results of the Pet scan and pain management.
