Dr Sara Klein is personable, caring, kind, knowledgeable, and listened to all my concerns. She has a plan for my care, and she wants me to have the best possible outcome that I can. She sets the bar high for any other practitioners' that I will see.

Dr. Sara Klein is an outstanding neurologist! She has wonderful people skills & & is very easy to talk to. I greatly appreciate how I not only know what to do once I leave her office, but I also know how she wants to progress at my next appointment. I know I have a complicated medical history, but since I am older I have been brushed off by some doctors & told I am too old to have certain issues. Thank goodness Novant Health has Dr. Sara Klein as a neurologist. She is intelligent, kind, patient, listens & has "never" looked at age in order to brush off her patient. I am lucky to have her as my neurologist. Since moving to North Carolina & having gone to other neurologists, I now finally feel validated. This is due to Dr. Klein.

Dr Klein is amazing. Her exam was was very specific to my problems and it showed she had read my records before I came. She took my issues seriously and it felt as if she trusted me. She ordered appropriate testing to be done. My only complaint is that I had come to the office about ten days before the appointment and dropped off more records of testing I recently had done and asked the checkin person to make sure she gave it to Dr Klein. Dr Klein never received them.

On my first visit with her the first month she was at Novant, I was really impressed that she had read through a very thick file from my UNC-CH Neurologist & remembered details like unusual blood test results. I feel we work well together in trying to figure out Exactly what is wrong. She's extremely thorough & that's what I need in my doctors. I especially appreciate that she's not rushing out the door in 5 minutes.

Some of the front staff is rude. 2 were very nice. This is not the first time they have been rude. They need to be pleasant, no one wants to be sick.

Dr.Sara Klein is fabulous! Although my appointment was set six months ago as routine, I was having a flare up for several weeks leading to my appointment and we corresponded thru the online portal consistently and she brought Corey, the pharmacist into the arena to collaborate. I had a zoom appointment with Corey and feel Dr.Klein was on top of my issue. My appointment first focused on treatment portions and how I was feeling using the meds prescribed. The second part was my routine visit. She is proactive as well as reactive. All in all I'm very pleased with my level of care and personalization.

I unfortunately have a lot of professional and personal experience with numerous specialists in the health care field. I was very pleased with the level of Dr Klein's authentically present new patient assessment. She took her time with me and literally put me through a rigorous assessment of my neurological system. I have been seen by 2 other neurologists and they have NEVER assessed me so thoroughly. She was very detailed oriented in gathering my complex health history and formulating a care plan then asking if I had any questions. I didn't feel rushed and was able to remember some of the distant and recent past symptoms that would have probably not had time to remember. I felt as though we were a team instead of "just another patient with a-lot of weird symptoms" and put through a cookie-cutter list of tests again. She gave me some hope and long needed validation regardless if we can finally get a correct diagnosis. After suffering for years and feeling like I am crazy -hope and validation is priceless. Dr Klein is simply remarkable and I appreciate her time, kindness, and expertise greatly.

Amber in the infusion suite is a true gem in your practice and should be given tons of raises/rewards/prizes/awards, etc. She is very comforting, warm, caring, and understanding. Everything you could want in a nurse to help you understand your treatments and to comfort your during trying times. I really appreciate her talking to me in terms I understand and being very knowledgeable about everything (and if she didn't know, she would find out). She's an amazing person and a treasure for Novant Neurology/Rheumatology! Also, I have seen other neurologists in this office (and elsewhere) and have really liked them, but after meeting with Dr. Klein on Tuesday, May 30, 2023, I was THOROUGHLY impressed with her attention to detail, research, knowledge, expertise, and thoroughness. She is amazing and really cares and took the time to explain things to me that I may not have understood or forgotten over time. She remembered small details from my previous visits with other providers and, at this time, I would like to stay with her and become her regular patient. She is an amazing, caring, intelligent provider and I feel very lucky to have come across her in this practice!

I feel listened to by Sara Klein and I believe she has my best health interest in mind when I see her.

My experience at the neurology office was great, however, my experience at the infusion center across the parking lot, where I was sent to get labs drawn during the lunch hour, was abysmal. I was told there that my lab orders weren't in correctly and also that they couldn't enter the additional lab the neurologist wanted ordered. I was told I needed to take care of that myself-that I needed to call the office and get that rectified. Thank goodness I had grabbed a business card when I left my appointment. When I couldn't reach anyone on my cell phone, I was told to go back and get paper orders and bring those back to the infusion center. Before I left, they somehow figured out the orders except the additional one the MD wanted. They wanted me to then get the incomplete lab order drawn. Needless to say, I declined and went back to the neurology office and waited for the lab staff to come back from lunch break. Staff there easily entered the additional lab and were friendly and efficient. I hope I never need an infusion because I don't see myself ever going back to that miserable building across the parking lot. I hope no elderly or disabled patients have had this experience.
