I was born and raised in south Florida. I earned my undergraduate degree in psychology at the University of Florida and my medical degree at the University of Central Florida. I traded Florida's hot summers for Chicago's famously cold winters when I went on to complete my neurology residency and a clinical multiple sclerosis (MS) and neuroimmunology fellowship at the University of Chicago. I'm ecstatic to be back on the East Coast, now that I'm living and practicing in Wilmington, North Carolina...

I saw Dr. Sara Klein she was awesome. She showed that she was concerned about my situation and I was very comfortable with her. Her assistant (sorry I forgot her name) was very kind and caring.

I Love how Thorough Dr Klein is. Thanks to her concern, I went to Novant Hospital ED last month & learned I'd developed polynephritis. She goes over Everything with me & shows genuine concern for what I'm going through. I honestly feel she is one of the very best Drs I've ever been fortunate enough to find; I feel confident she has my best interests at the forefront of all she does. We discuss changes in my symptoms, nerve conduction studies and my last 7 MRIs (all in July), MS developments & medications now available. She is Extremely intelligent and 1 of only 5 Drs in my lifetime that I would trust to Always have my best interests in mind. Since my Duke doctors, it's been hard to find professionals of her caliber here in Wilmington & I'm very thankful I found her.
