During my teen and college years, I spent much of my time volunteering in peer health education. Those experiences made me certain that I wanted a career in medicine. I decided to pursue the physician assistant route because it allowed me to follow my passion while playing an important role in my patients' care teams and having a great work-life balance. Karina McLamb is the best of the best. Professional, caring, clear and concise when additional information is needed. Karina deserves special recognition for her work ethic and that includes a salary increase of 30% at minimum. I suggest Novant use Karina as the model for all GP's.
