Karina McLamb is the best of the best. Professional, caring, clear and concise when additional information is needed. Karina deserves special recognition for her work ethic and that includes a salary increase of 30% at minimum. I suggest Novant use Karina as the model for all GP's.

I would follow Karina anywhere. She is knowledgeable, caring, listens to my concerns, and I trust her.
Karina is a great doctor. She has bee caring for my daughter for many years and values what her patients have to say. I recently became her patient and really like the care that she gives and the compassion she has. I feel comfortable talking with her and she takes her time. Best decision I made to have her as my PCP.
