I was taken to the exam room within a few minutes of my scheduled appointment time. I didn’t have to wait. My Dr. told me he knew I was taking time off work for my visit and he wanted to make sure we resolved my issue as quickly as possible. I appreciated that he made that acknowledgement.

Dr. Myrick is the most caring and attentive doctor I've ever had. As a Black woman, disparity in treatment is a lived (and consequential) experience. I have gotten the BEST care with Novant doctors. I am grateful.

This was my first visit with Dr Myrick. I am very pleased to have chosen him after my previous doctor retired. He asked about all my medical problems and answered all my concerns.

I feel so fortunate to have selected Dr. Myrick for my physician. I have only gone to him twice, but each time was such a pleasant experience. I felt like he listened to me and that he really cared. All the staff there are very pleasant and it appears they work closely as a team. I have a positive feeling when I leave this office.

Dr Myrick is a great asset to the Novant Organization. Staff is great also.

Dr M. Came into the office asking me why was I here today, I started to explain my breathing problem but got no words out when he cut me off and said let me tell you what I know about you. He went on some rant describing who knows, but He knew nothing about me, he had me mixed up with someone else or something. But when this Dr finally checked my health and diagnosed my problem and prescribed the perfect medication he was spot on. I wish he would have been spot on when he came in, but he was not and it negated the positive for that visit. I started to look for another primary Dr. the first Dr I met and chose for primary was Saba Imani but she was unable to fit me in. For that particular visit she saw me initially for this illness. She was very nice I liked her personality I thought she would work for me. Dr M kept implying she gave me steroids and she did not. He prescribed me steroids once he realized I never had them and he really did not know anything about me as he had claimed , He prescribed them I feel much better and I realized Dr Imani should have prescribed them a week ago and I would not suffered for so long. So nice lovely Dr Imani missed the boat and ego driven Dr M humiliated me from the jump but ultimately was spot on medically. I am looking for a Dr that has Dr Imani personality and Dr M competency. I intend to see Dr Imani for a Nov 5 appointment. I will explain what I have experienced and go from there. Fran Ricciardi

Dr. Myrick was really great in trying to make me feel like he was on my side on trying to help figure out what is causing my medical issues, it was a stark and welcome difference from other providers I have seen.

Always a pleasure and appreciate the doctor refreshing memory on patient care matters in advance of meeting so it is like picking up from the prior visit a year ago.

The staff did not waste my time. They even attended to me earlier than my scheduled time because I was there early and there was an opportunity.

Dr. Myrick and his medical assistant were outstanding. They listened to my concerns and addressed them while I was there. The doctor had carefully reviewed my history before he met with me and offered helpful insight. He took a picture of my skin tear and sent it with a referral to the Wound Care Clinic who called me with an appt. for the next time. He and his asst. were very kind and compassionate. I have asked for Dr. Myrick to be my primary care physician.

My physician is on a leave of absence and Dr Myrick was amazing. He took time before our appointment to review reports from specialist that I see. I felt very comfortable and felt like he knew my history and asked fantastic questions.
