Dr Sass spent the appropriate amount of time with me to assure me of why I had pain, course of treatment, and made sure I knew to contact her if there were any new or additional issues

Dr Sass is the kindest doctor I have ever been too. She is always concerned and very helpful. I hope I never have change doctors.

My experience was very good. My complaint would be My Chart. Trying to receive a code doesn’t always work. I understand security but changing how you send the code now which doesn’t always show up is ridiculous.
