Dr Sass is a wonderful physician who spends time with you to listen to any medical concern's you may have. Dr Sass is very knowledgeable and always one step ahead in treating my medical issues. Novant Primary Care is very lucky to have Dr Sass on their medical staff!

My experience was very good. My complaint would be My Chart. Trying to receive a code doesn’t always work. I understand security but changing how you send the code now which doesn’t always show up is ridiculous.
