He listens and tells you what choices you have to help or correct the problem.
Dr. French is one of my favorite doctors. He is knowledgeable, thoughtful and very good at describing the situation and discussing options. He is empathetic and an excellent communicator so it is very easy to feel like he really has heard my thoughts and concerns and is quite good at making me feel like the visit was a success and there is a good plan in place. I can't compliment him enough.
