Standoff ish; bordering on rude front desk/ check in staff. As a director of customer service with 350 employees there is room for improvement on the check-in process. The behavior ( multiple appointments) by front desk personnel is underwhelming to say the least. All other staffers are outstanding.

Dr. Ed McMillan was the Cardiologist to both my mother and father, and because of his outstanding care, I chose Dr. McMillan to be my Cardiologist. Dr. McMillan listens to my concerns and I am thankful for his experience and vast knowledge of cardiology in particular and medicine in general. I trust him and am comfortable with his good judgement for my care.

Dr MacMillan is a brilliant, exemplary physician who not only readily establishes rapport with his patients, but he provides comprehensive explanations of health related topics including my own personal, practical, implementable action plan. He also expresses concern for my immediate family members and offers to make himself available to them about any medical concerns related to my issues. Very clear explanations and provider spent a lot of time with me.

I dislike having to go over the questionnaires every time I have a visit with Novant. Within 11 days I had another appointment in Novant and had to go through the pages and pages of questions. It is a waste of my time when the information has not changed.

Dr. McMillian is tops. He is positive and always sends you away with hope and a feeling that he cares. He explains the care you are getting and one goes away with a feeling that what one is doing-exercise especially-is paying off. He gives a feeling of trust.
