My experience was wonderful here, all of the staff was very kind, patient and informative. I got some not so great news about my health and they were all very compassionate. I had follow up questions which were answered in a very timely manner and I feel Dr Lord and her nurses went above and beyond to help me after my appointment!

She listened to me tell her about my condition and it was wonderful to hear her thoughts and recommendations.

I appreciated the CMA’s excellent listening skills. The front staff was very respectful and courteous. I’m not impressed by the doctors bed side manners and lack of genuine compassion. I only came to this practice because I was referred there for MS. If there is a better alternative, I will surely allow them to follow my care after this initial treatment decision.

Great experience. I did not feel rushed which is unusual these days.
