Dr.Lord is patient and through. She addresses all concerns and explain her reasons for each answer. I am definitely pleased with her service, she knowledgeable and caring.
Great care.
No collaboration. Message was she knew better than me and my 40 yrs of experience with MS. I was there for a specific issue but, typical of this specialty they want u to tell them all your Sx over 40 years. Referred to another neuron for possible help with my problem.
A very helpful visit.
