I am a neurologist with a focus on neuroimmunology. While I do see general neurology patients, I focus on chronic conditions that can cause permanent disability and often require immunosuppressive treatment including multiple sclerosis, neuromyelitis optica spectrum disorder and other rare immune-related conditions that can affect the brain, spinal cord and nerves.

We forgot to seeing a doctor, I saw Dr. Lord for neurology. I chose her in hopes that I'd be able to transition out of the atrium system, which I find horrifying to deal with! I was treated well and I believe heard by Dr. Lord and that mattered to me a great deal. I plan to continue with her if our future visits follow along the same awareness and consideration.

The care provider didn't seem to be very personable at all. She didn't seem to care about, or be concerned about "my concerns", at all. She seemed very "matter of fact", and "technical", but didn't seem to "care about", my "concerns", worries, or situation.
