Dr.Wray was informative and explained exactly what my trauma was with visual x-rays and CT scans. His confidence with exactly what he was going to be doing to take care of the trauma to my arm was comforting. He and his staff squeezed me in, realizing the excruciating pain I was dealing with and was in surgery within 24 hours. Dr. Wray and the entire staff including the front office coordinator and those that called me made me feel like I was the only concern of theirs at that moment. They were incredibly focused on what I was needing to alleviate my pain and fix the problem. I would highly recommend Novant!
