I had a phenomenally thorough initial new patient appointment with Dr. Graham! This is the first time I've felt truly heard by my Primary Care Physician in several years. I'm so grateful that a friend recommended Dr. Graham - it was worth waiting 2 months to become her patient! The entire staff worked together seamlessly to ensure that my early, rainy morning appointment was executed like a smoothly orchestrated symphony. Dr Graham and the entire staff at Lakeside medical center took Spectacular care of my 96 year old father.

Dr. Graham and her team were courteous. They greeted me with a smile from the beginning, Dr. Graham was willing to listen to my concerns and provide suggestions on things I can do to improve my health. I felt respected and heard by all the staff, that was very refreshing!

I think the way to identify the patient at the front desk is not the more privated and secure, because there are too much personal identifying information that to have to provide in front of all the people congregated in the room.

Dr Graham is an awesome physician! She listens to you. You're not just a number. She addresses any and all concerns. Her nurse is the same way. I highly recommend Dr Graham!

I really enjoyed her approach. I was super nervous and she was easy to talk to.

The medical assistant/nurse who did my initial assessment, BP, etc was very courteous, and personable. It was very evident she has a great deal of compassion for her patients. Dr Graham was soooo kind; she listened to my medical history and was able to adjust my BP meds based on feedback in effort to improve quality of life. I didnt feel rushed and she was very thorough. Im absolutely satisfied with my care and happy i have a great care team.

The communication seem to be honest and empathetic .

I am still suffering with the same issue of dizziness 3 days after being treated, so my issue was not resolved.

The Provider is always delayed up to a hour after scheduled time.

For me it was perfect.

Everytime I have a doctors appointment or need to do a video visit the administrative staff and the medical staff are all ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!

I really loved my doctor, she was so nice and attentive to our conversation it felt like I’ve known her for years! Going to any hospital setting usually is very uncomfortable for me and I feel anxious but I felt so at home and very comfortable.
