Everyone is always so friendly and smiling. This atmosphere takes a lot of apprehension out of visiting the Doctors’ office.

The lab technician, I believe her name was Karen, was very comforting to me. She also explained the procedure well and patiently looked for the affected area that was a little hard to find.

Dr Graham and the entire staff at Lakeside medical center took Spectacular care of my 96 year old father.

Dr. Graham and her team were courteous. They greeted me with a smile from the beginning, Dr. Graham was willing to listen to my concerns and provide suggestions on things I can do to improve my health. I felt respected and heard by all the staff, that was very refreshing!

I think the way to identify the patient at the front desk is not the more privated and secure, because there are too much personal identifying information that to have to provide in front of all the people congregated in the room.

Dr Graham is an awesome physician! She listens to you. You're not just a number. She addresses any and all concerns. Her nurse is the same way. I highly recommend Dr Graham!
