I ended up being sent to the ER and I chose the Clemons Facility.

The doctor and his staff are very professional and listen to my needs. The environment is always cheerful and relaxing

I’m always greeted by kind and courteous people when I go to this office. I would not keep coming back if they didn’t give me great service. My appointment is always a pleasure.

I had asked for an earlier appointment time a month or more ago but was never called or informed about one...

Positive results achieved.

I paid my bill with a check and it took 2 weeks for it to be processed. I was told that I could only pay with my checking account. I don’t do online banking and so I sent the check. I was also told that my account would go to collections even if I sent a check. I wanted to set up a payment plan but was told that my account would still go to collections. This is very disappointing to me and I felt like I was being bullied into paying the whole amount. That is why I called the person a part of the Novant Nazis. I hope that Novant will allow people to make payments through a payment plan without being threatened with collections. I am very disappointed with the way Novant has treated its patients by threatening them with collections.

I was very pleased with the way the team handled the procedure!

I arrived early - for no real reason, but I was seen 25 min early! All questions were addressed by nurses and the doctor. Everyone from the front desk back out to my car was friendly and professional.

Anytime somebody works on your neck. It’s a scary situation, but the doctor and staff made the experience less stressful. They were supportive, caring, and listened to all of my questions. The doctor was phenomenal and explained every step of the way and did a fantastic job feeling so much better.

This experience was much more positive than my previous visits, but I did need a bandaid.

I am always treated with respect and they always ask if I have any questions. I enjoy going to all of my doctors at Novant Health.

I thought I was getting a different kind of injection, but the other worked out okay.

I appreciate him trying to get me the care I will be needing in upcoming weeks ahead. So far, I do appreciate the interest in which he shows to get me taken care of. His care & the end results of healing will take some time but trusting in him for his Best. God's willing

I was able to get in an early appointment because of the cancellation list. I was very grateful for this because I'm not sure I could have endured the pain for two more weeks without some kind of intervention

At the neurology clinic a notice states that the door from the hallway to the waiting room be kept closed at all times, I use a walker and found the door to be extremely heavy and cumbersome. Could this door be changed to an ADA compliant door?

Upon my arrival, I was greeted with great warmth and enthusiasm by the staff, who were eager to provide any assistance I might require.

I was kept waiting by myself for over 30minutes and the procedure began over an hour after scheduled. Things were running behind schedule but no one informed me until we complained.

the person checking me in was rude and had an attitude. The person checking out did not know what she was doing and could not answer my questions. I left totally confused

The automatic b/p electronic machine becomes too tight . Manual b/p should be taken with this procedural process. First time pts like myself die this procedure are already nervous and un suspecting. Electronic b/p machines apply too much pressure!

I waited an hour to see Dr peacock, no one came in and informed me that there was going to be a delay. I worked in a doctor's office for many years, the least I felt like the staff could do was inform me when he was running behind. He did Apologize when he came in for being late and said it was his fault. I understand delays but I think you should always keep the patient posted if you're going to be that far behind.

The entire staff was friendly and courteous from the time that I checked in with Brittney and being seen by the assistants, nurses and Dr Peacock.

Everything was handle professionally and in a timely manner and I felt very comfortable with the physician.
