They did a good job and I was very impressed.

My regular personal care doctor was not available because it was her day off but I called knowing that I needed to get in the very next day and the was very very accommodating and I had an appointment the next morning with Tracey Sheets. I really felt comfortable with her and was pleased to be able to get into see her.

Tracy Sheets gave me wonderful attention and care, and I greatly appreciated it! So hard to find these days in the medical world.

The team at Medical Associates of Wilkes is great. If we are sick, they always get is in same day. Our family is well taken care of by the staff there.

Very pleased when I called needing an afternoon same day appointment, I was given a 3pm appointment. I saw Tracy Sheets and was very pleased. No waiting when I arrived and she did not keep me waiting when I was put in a room. She was very pleasant listened to why I was there and after examining me I was on my way to pick up some medicine. She said if I needed anything else to not hesitate to let her know. Excellent service!

I truly feel like Tracey Sheets really cares, and takes the time to find out what is causing the problem. She is the only one I would rather see, if I can’t see my doctor. She is about the only one that has been there The same amount of time I have been going there. Everyone at the check-in-desk and check-out- desk, has always been friendly.Even when you call in for an appointment.
