Dr. Faulk by far was one of the best Doctors I have ever encountered. He was very knowledgeable, professional l, and thorough. He knew who I was by researching my chart prior to my appointment, which made rapport easy to establish.

Doctor Foulke is amazing professional, pro patient and show me great explanations about my condition and treatment.

Dr. Foulke was upbeat, friendly and informative.

This appointment was to determine if I had a specific condition and at what level it was so some of the above questions could not be set at 5 until results are in.

I cannot explain how great my experience was. I was so scared going in and I left feeling confident on all Dr. Foulke listened carefully to my concerns, had my best interests at heart and explain every single possibility and what it meant

Professional, expeditiously, thoroughly.

All staff including receptionist at front entrance were friendly and helpful. This was refreshing and one of the best experiences I've had at a medical facility or doctors office in a long time.

Dr. Foulke has got to be one of the most thorough doctors I have ever had. He’s kind, caring and takes the time to explain anything that is of concern regarding my condition and the best way to address it.

Since I switched to Novant for all of my care , I no longer loathe going in for a Drs appointment.
