My path to nutrition and dietetics was shaped by a deep curiosity about how the body works. From early on, I was drawn to the science of human health, particularly metabolism, and that fascination guided me through seven years of focused study. I hold a B.S. in health and exercise physiology and another B.S. in nutrition and dietetics as well as a master's degree in nutrition and dietetics.
