This was a new visit to this particular office as my previous office location in Steele Creek closed and my Gyn, whom I absolutely adored, moved. While I was a little apprehensive about the added time it would take for me to travel to this location, after my visit I have zero regrets. From the front desk staff to Dr. Jones, every staff member were all so kind, courteous and made me feel my care was the top priority. Dr. Jones is nothing shy of amazing! She took the time to listen to all of my concerns and provided me with several treatment options to go forward. She took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I had a good understanding and what the next steps would be. I was so pleased with her care, I will be bringing my daughter back to see her when she?s home on break. Thank you Novant for continuing to provide your patients with excellent experiences!

Very professional and friendly environment

Dr. Jones listens to all of my concerns and advised me well on what to and look for. She is also relatable and makes you feel at ease when my anxiety was running high but is firm in letting you know what needs to be done.

Dr. Jones is wonderful. I had very hbp at my routine visit and she would not let me leave until it dropped. Otherwise I would have had to go to the emergency department. She truly cares about her patients and deserves the biggest raise!

Dr. jones does a fantastic job listening to patient’s needs but also being thorough in what may be best for the patient in terms of overall health and wellbeing long term. She allows the patient to think for themselves but still offers guidance and support. She has a great bedside manner and is someone who I feel comfortable talking with about any concerns I may have going in. Thankful to have her as a part of my L&D team.

My innate anxiety about going under anesthesia was alleviated when I looked up from the table and saw Dr. Jones. I knew I was in great hands!

Dr Jones is THE BEST dr I’ve ever had! She works so hard, is so knowledgeable, always answering my question, and does so in a way that I can understand. Uses great examples so I can compare it to something I’m familiar with. She was willing to stay late last night so she could be the one to perform my surgery. She knew I was nervous, and knew it’d help settle me down if I knew she was the one doing my surgery. I can’t thank her enough or saying enough nice things about her. If you know her, you’ll know what I mean.

Dr. Tiffany Jones is probably my all-time favorite doctor I have ever seen! She always makes me feel like I am her only patient. She never rushes and she listens and gives her expert advice. She is a wonderful doctor and wonderful human being!
