Dr. Jones took time to listen, understand my complex situation, empathize, assess, discern the best/safest course of action, explain her reasoning for decisions made, answer any questions, discuss follow-up, and make sure I left better off than when I arrived! She is compassionate, respectful, enthusiastic about her role in providing care, and excellent at what she does. She is truly an asset to Novant, and I wish more physicians provided whole-of-person care as excellently as she does.
