Dr. Chaplin was very kind. She listened, then took the time to explain what she was evaluating. She discussed possible treatment plans thoroughly, and made sure my husband's and my questions were answered. And she provided reading material for us. I was a little nervous about this appointment, but she put us right at ease. Her specialty knowledge was obvious, and I am confident I'll receive excellent care in the future.
