Professional staff; excellent physician!

Dr. Heron-Davis takes the time to ensure she thoroughly examines her patients and answers any questions. I love her bedside manner, and I love the fact that she remembers things about my life a year later as I see her once a year for my routine visit. I will stay with her until she decides to retire.

Everyone including my Doctor Dr.Davis on down to the nurses were Great!

Excellent! They physician was knowledgeable and provided input concerning any issues I raised that was relevant and helpful. The nursing staff was pleasant and efficient, and assisted in a manner that helped me feel comfortable in what is always an uncomfortable situation (the pap smear situation). I am happy I chose this practice.

Dr. Heron-Davis was excellent. I have been with several good doctors over the last 10 years, but they end up leaving for one reason or another. I was hesitant when I selected her because I didn't trust she would be around to help me. She has not only helped me with the reasons that I come to see her she also gives me some tidbits of wisdom that help me with my health. I pray that I have a few years with her before she too might have to leave. She is a wonderful doctor.

The wait time was horrible. You guys require patients to be there 15 minutes prior to appoint time, but was an hour late to service me. I was not called back until about 40 minutes after my appointment time, then had to wait for another 20 minutes in the room before being helped.
