My path to midwifery began with the people who shaped me most. Watching my older sister and aunt find deep fulfillment as nurses sparked an early curiosity in me about healthcare. That curiosity turned into a calling when I spent time caring for my grandfather after he had a stroke. The sense of reward I felt during that experience made me certain I wanted to become a nurse.
