Dr Donahue is very caring and listened to me extremely well.

Consistent difficulty getting prescriptions refilled, and this has been the case for years.

The office manager (?) was rude and came across as uncaring. Despite being a patient here for 5 + years and really enjoying the care and professionalism of the medical staff, I am considering moving doctors if her attitude and behavior doesn't change.

I appreciate the time and attention that was given to me and I feel that Dr. Donahue is doing a good job getting to know me and my health needs.

Dr. Donahue is always so helpful especially with me being hard of hearing she makes sure I heard and understood everything that she tells me. I don’t think I could ask for a more caring doctor.

My visit was better than i could have imagined it to be. This was my first visit with my new provider. It was a very good visit. I was happy with my new provider.

From the time I checked in to the time I checked out, admin at the front desk, techs, nurses and doctors were more than courteous. I had no issues and know exactly where to go with questions. Follow up appts were scheduled before I left and reminders sent afterwards.

Everyone was very professional. Dr. Donahue was AWESOME!

The only issue I have is the number of text messages and emails regarding the appointment reminders . Way too many received.

Dr. Donahue is an exceptional doctor. My yearly appointment with her is always good and she takes care of me throughout the year, quickly responding to any questions or concerns that I have.

I love Carly Ragland who is my PCP. She definitely listens, is compassionate, and does not push medicine right away. Instead always advocates for other forms of treatment to manage symptoms, whether through exercise, etc. I appreciate a doctor that is not a pill pusher.
