Dr. Langan is an exceptional physician and is very knowledgeable in her field of practice. However, with this visit, I could tell she started our conversation not well prepared to discuss my treatment. It felt like she was rushed into the call, perhaps coming from something else and didn't have time to gather my information. She started off asking about how my hot flashes were going. I have not had these in 4 years. This is not a complaint of mine at all, it's not even something we speak about or my main concern. I'll be honest, it absolutely dropped my mood and made me feel awful. I know we're human, but when I only have a maximum of 15 minutes to spend with my provider and we only chatted for less than 5, it was disheartening.
