Dr. Hommel is, by far, the best doctor I've ever had. He is thorough during my visits, but is able to ask questions (whether routine or others that aren't always comfortable to discuss) in a way that makes me feel comfortable answering without the need to hold back or express concerns. I always notice how busy the clinic is when I'm there for an appointment, but Dr. Hommel has always made me feel like I'm the only patient there, never rushing me or minimizing any health concerns I need to discuss. Prior to becoming his patient, I had put off going to the doctor for more years than I can even admit. I was so scared to face the need to prioritize my health, and after my first visit with Dr. Hommel, I left the clinic feeling the biggest weight lifted.

Lab work for my Synthroid med was elevated. MD discussed the problem & we decided to Decrease the dosage vs. Cutting back the frequency of taking the med. This was agreed upon by myself.
