Medicine wasn't always my plan. Growing up in San Diego and Orange County, Calif., I was drawn to science from an early age, but I never envisioned myself becoming a physician. No one in my family was in medicine. At 15, I worked for a veterinarian. After high school, I earned a two-year degree in respiratory therapy and became a registered respiratory therapist before eventually applying to medical school. My provider was by far the best provider I have ever seen from dentist to primary care providers. I would recommend him to everyone! Sadly I'm have to switch providers due to moving but I would take him with me if I could!
