Beth made me feel very comfortable. My condition can be embarrassing and she put me at ease from the first minute! She is very knowledgeable and reviewed the different things I could do to get better. Beth is just wonderful as are her associates! I trust her and would recommend her to others! This was my first visit to the Huntersville office and, also, my first meeting with the P.A., but I was taken care of promptly and enjoyed talking with Beth!!

All of my questions were answered by Dr.Padin, felt she is very professional and easy to talk to. Did not rush the visit.

Waited in the exam room for 40 minutes before seeing the PA. Should have been kept updated about the delay. Had to open the door and call someone to find out what the delay was.

PA and medical assistant were excellent. PA worked me into her schedule when I came on the wrong day.

Everyone here was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and professional! Beth Padin was absolutely wonderful - she really listened to me, was compassionate, made me feel comfortable. I value her professionalism, her vast knowledge, and expert advice!

The atmosphere is this South Park office is always professional and courteous. Everyone from staff to medical personnel are friendly, kind and very clear about every aspect of the visit. I would especially want to mention Beth, the PA with whom I met. She was very skilled with the procedure and provided options and information re. further treatment. I left the appointment feeling very well cared for and very well informed about future health plans.
