The health professionals in this office are nice, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and very professional.

I’m always impressed with the staff at this facility. I’m very impressed with Chad. With just a few questions from he diagnosed my issue. Chad is very easy to talk to and I’m very conformant in his abilities.

Everyone from front office, nurse, & Dr. were extremely professional, kind, and quick to get me in & out.

Chad Allen and all the staff were extremely professional and helpful. I felt he truly cared about any health concerns I may have had and am sure any upcoming visits will be very positive as well.

It was a very good outside in the car visit. Dr Allen took his time with me with no rushing me whatsoever. I am glad I can go see him now that I know about him. I am thankful for Dr Allen and staff for helping me get over my illness. His medications really did knock it in the head. I am still sick but feel so much better than I did yesterday.

The provider Chad listened to me and treated me like I actually mattered. He wasn’t just there to do his job and go to the next patient. He listened, provided great care, and asked if I had any more questions. I highly recommend this provider!
