Alexis, the receptionist tried to help me because the Tyro office had no provider for that day and I was told they could see me in Jan 30, 2025 @ 1:30 pm. I had broken out in a rash for the second time in a week. Tyro staff said Well, I don?t know what to tell you. I was a wreck with itching. I needed to be seen. So called Forsyth Hospital and spoke with a lady that gave me two providers to try to get me some help. Alexis helped me and I was being seen in an hour from the time I spoke with her on the phone. I barely sat down in the lobby and I was called back with the intake nurse..then the PA came in almost instantly and we were done. The entire staff were truly amazing and gave me the quickest turnaround in a physician?s office in my entire life. They were compassionate and treated me with great kindness. I would recommend anyone to the office of Novant Primary Care on Cotton Grove Road Lexington, NC. Keep up the great work ladies! Thank you again! Alexis a triple thank you for helping someone in dire need!
