Dr. Chester was very friendly, nice, and knowledgeable. Didn’t talk above our heads. He sat and talked to me about my child’s needs for 20 minutes. He cared. He took his time. Definitely would recommend.

We weren't overly thrilled with this provider from start to finish just based on how we felt treated by each staff member we encountered. It was a disappointment considering we drove an hour to see Dr. Chester. I don't intend on driving an hour back for any follow up.

Great experience, just wish it was a little closer.. this is too far to be driving.. and on this particular day it was pouring rain!!! So next appointment hopefully will be better. We will be in Uptown Charlotte!

Doctor Chester was amazing! He was so personable! If he was a PCP that would be even better so glad he’s my child’s pulmonologist! The nurses there were great! Front desk staff were very friendly!
