Our Doctor was so caring and educational. My toddler was a bit nervous but the doctor was very patient with him. I also have been experiencing some food insecurity and he provided me and my family with a box of food! It was very touching and heartwarming that Novant and it's providers care about the children in the community.

Dr. Chester really does listen to the concerns of the parent and approach the care of my daughter as a "team". I really appreciate that. When I was nervous about something- he heard me. When I am not sure about something- he does not dismiss my concern, he listens and then provides reassurance and/or information to alleviate my concerns. I really appreciate being able to bring him any questions- I am never made to feel "dumb" or that I am wasting his time. It really means everything to me. Sometimes it's hard to feel seen and heard but he truly is an amazing provider. We are so grateful he is on my daughter's team and that he treats his patients like they're his own children. Thank you so much.
