All staff is excellent.. They are courteous, respectful and very kind.

My NP was very personable. She answered all of my questions and also explained everything I had been through during my breast cancer treatments. She also answered my questions about taking anastrozole. I was very happy about this experience!

I felt heard, cared for and they took time to answer all my questions.

The actual appointment was fine, but multiple check in requests after I checked in were annoying and confusing.

I have to visit at least twice every three weeks and I've had no complaints except today i waited almost 30 minutes for my shot. I'm sure they were busy and things happen,other than that one time,I have no other complaints thus far. Everyone that I've encountered have been professional in all aspects. Everyone seems to work together in a very professional manner,all I can say is keep up the good work in helping us all at this difficult time,you all are very much appreciated.

From the minute I walked in she made me feel like everything was under control and put my concerns to rest. Very genuine,completely dedicated and and truly a huge asset to the department. Even though she never stopped for a minute she always seemed to be right there for me. And with a smile and a truly pleasant personality. Yup, she deserves recognition although I doubt she seeks it. Amazed at the compassion of staff; especially Dierdre in infusion. I was having a tough day and she took time to talk with me and listen with such compassion. I so appreciated her care and compassion. It made a world of difference to me at that time.

I was prescribed a medication, which from the nurse, gave me the assumption it was for one thing but it was in fact for something else. When getting a medication, the nurse, staff, etc. should specify exactly what the meds are for.

I went for my 6 month exam following my lumpectomy almost 5 years ago. I only got a cursory breast exam & no discharge instructions except what I looked up in My Chart. This was NOT the usual practice over the past several years & I am concerned & disappointed.
