My only issue on this visit concerns the medical assistant: there always seems to be a new face and this one did not introduce herself, don’t think I saw a smile on her face or heard one in her voice. Very surprised as the rest of the support staff is, well, supportive! Lab personnel are unsung heroes in my opinion.
