Timely visit, doctor and nurse were interested in my well being. Wait for lab was a little long, 20 minutes. Only one person ahead of me.

Long-time patient and very happen with the care I’ve been given. My only issue on this visit concerns the medical assistant: there always seems to be a new face and this one did not introduce herself, don’t think I saw a smile on her face or heard one in her voice. Very surprised as the rest of the support staff is, well, supportive! Lab personnel are unsung heroes in my opinion.

Dr. Owens is very knowledgeable and explains information to me so I can understand. She is very kind and listens to what I have to say.
