Small bit of miscommunication between the blood lab and me sitting outside office waiting on my turn, someone else had to tell me to go sit in her room.

Lindsey is very goal oriented. She makes sure to go through all of your concerns and questions. If she doesnt find out any answers she schedules you to get them at other places.

I really liked Lindsey it was my first time meeting her. My first thought was oh my she is young, but honestly she was great and very helpful. I am very comfortable with her.

I was worried after my doctor retired that I would not get the care or attention, but I have found that they continue doing the same way that he was doing and I am very pleased

As always, Arcadias staff are super friendly and make you feel comfortable even after all of my Dr. Exchanges witch is the only thing I really don't understand. All of the Dr. Exchanges, but other than that they are a good practice to bring your family into.

Absolutely the best place to go for all your medical needs

Lindsey was amazing. First time seeing her but she is also my daughters regular dr as well and she loves her as well. I see why now. She made me feel very comfortable and explained everything and made sure if I had any concerns or questions she was right there.

From the time I called to see if so could schedule to the time I left the entire staff were so nice and attentive! Everyone was nice and gave the “remarkable experience” that Novant speaks of! My husband goes here and I have been wanting to establish care but haven’t been to the point of needing it. Everyone was so nice! Front staff, nurse and provider were great!
