Brushed off my comments about location of previous injection sites that had proven results. His response to me was, "I didn't have time to look at your record because you just made the appointment two hours ago" I was in excruciating pain and had asked to be on the cancellation list to get in earlier. I was excited to be there earlier because I was expecting great results. His response left me uneasy and upset. I wasn't sure he knew what he was doing. The shots never been painful or uncomfortable but this time it was painful. I have had no relief from the injections as of 11/29. I'm still having difficulty walking because of the pain and I am having balance issues because of the pain. I am so disappointed that all I want to do is cry. I had been doing so well. I was walking, gardening, dancing. Shots in the past had kept the pain at bay. His injection has done nothing.

He walked me through what to expect. Was kind and courteous with a good bedside manner. I was put at ease before and during the procedure.

Overall good experience but I found communication could be improved between PA and DR, more thorough, and the doctor seemed rushed.

Dr Britt was very concerned about my situation and weighed all options and included me in the decision
