I've been coming to this clinic for 1 year.I have chronic diseases,I panic when I have a flare.Dr Harrell takes the time to assess me,calm me down,teaches me about the diseases the next plan of action.Its so important to have a good primary care physician,one who is attentive,compassionate,and smart! Don't change anything with the way you practice medicine.Ive come a long way in the past year.Im now able to live my life around these illnesses.Im finally HAPPY !!

Dr. Harrell is a good doctor. At first I was skeptical because he seemed too young. But he has definitely earned my trust and has done a great job to build rapport. There was an issue with my request to complete paperwork. It was not communicated to me that Dr. Harrell wanted to speak with me prior to completing the forms. He apologized for the miscommunication soon as the appointment started. That really made me feel valued

Dr. Harrell is very respectful and understands the sensitivity of going to the doctors office. He seems very compassionate and considerate fromm chart messaging even to in person visits with him.

Excellent service from the front desk staff, medical assistants, nurse and the doctor. I did not have an appointment but needed medical attention. My primary care doctor was not available but the staff immediately and professionally found a doctor that could give me the attention I needed. I am grateful to the entire Steele Creek team!
