Melissa and the nursing staff were amazing.

Positive. Good staff. First time patient. Information provided from former allergist was well received. They took more time and testing than I was told when they set the appointment making me make less trips to the doctor and being more efficient. Practical recommendations (not too conservative). Overall great results from bedside manner to technical knowledge and medical advice.

Overall the staff was very personable and knows how to relate to children. I expected this appointment to be a nightmare (due to expecting to have blood drawn) but it was very pleasant for the adults and the kids.
