Dr Eisenberg is a superb professional. She listens carefully and is an excellent communicator for questions asked. Her phlebotomist has amazing skill and gives all of her patients a feeling of security and kindness as she performs her duties. I will also extend a well deserved compliment to the reception administrators as well. Both ladies are efficient, professional and treat the patients with genuine respect and kindness. The CNA ladies are always top-notch and excellent with the patients. This is an amazing practice and I'm so happy to be their patient. I'm very much better because of their expertise.

Took a long time to get an appointment, and as a senior citizen, I found it a little difficult to find the building, as I am not familiar with Charlotte. But the treatment with the staff made up for the few little issues.

That I had to wait for an appointment is a testament to the credentials and care that Dr. Eisenberg provides. Dr. Eisenberg and her nurse Amber are a super team that one is not always lucky to find. Although I did not receive news that I wanted I feel hopeful that I have a care team I can depend on. I would recommend them (but secretly I don't want to share them)

An exceptional experience. From the person at the front desk, nurse and Dr. I was very early and had my book to read. I was taken within 15 minutes and left the appointment that was my appointment time. Most solicitous, friendly and professional. Kind. This was my first consultation.

Dr. Eisenberg and team are the BEST. The front desk team is kind and professional and the nurse (I think her name was Amber) was so sweet. It was a couple years since I saw Dr. Eisenberg, due to insurance changes, and somehow she remembered me. You can tell she genuinely cares about her patients because she listens and offers solutions without making you feel bad about struggling with your health. She’s also very thorough and ensured I got all the prescriptions I needed, including the backup stuff. So glad my new insurance covers her again.
