Office staff is friendly and caring. They are all great and take good care. The doctor is also very thorough and cares about keeping her patients well. I feel like I am being taken care of with respect and concern.

Dr Eisenberg is a superb professional. She listens carefully and is an excellent communicator for questions asked. Her phlebotomist has amazing skill and gives all of her patients a feeling of security and kindness as she performs her duties. I will also extend a well deserved compliment to the reception administrators as well. Both ladies are efficient, professional and treat the patients with genuine respect and kindness. The CNA ladies are always top-notch and excellent with the patients. This is an amazing practice and I'm so happy to be their patient. I'm very much better because of their expertise.

Took a long time to get an appointment, and as a senior citizen, I found it a little difficult to find the building, as I am not familiar with Charlotte. But the treatment with the staff made up for the few little issues.
