My experience at the Hospital was outrageous two days no bed food was a really bad experience don't get breakfast until 10:00 lunch at 2:00 and haven't gotten diner yet is 7:00 everything is cold would not feed it to my dog. The drs I had was great

Routine and efficient

Dr Miller is very thorough and clear about prognosis as well as about prescribing medications courses of treatment. The staff are also always very friendly and patient.

Reason why I left Wilmington Health was because of the outstanding reputation of Dr Miller, Nurses and staff at the Odgen Novant Health location. And it was the BEST health decision I have made.

I believe it is difficult for older people who are not accustomed to being patients. It is a challenge to be faced with diagnoses and medications and doctor visits when you haven't experienced much of that in your adult life. So having said that, it is particularly important to be treated with knowledge and respect by your care team. I believe my care team has accomplished that.

My visit was initiated by me, to discuss the medications I was taking or considering. We used the visit for a consultation and it was extremely worthwhile to evaluate decisions and philosophy about medications. Every person I spoke with during my visit was very helpful, friendly, and professional. I know you ask patients to fill out a Sunshine Award for especially good service. I could fill one out for each person. I will say that Wesley who checked me out spent the most time with me and was especially pleasant and accommodating.

It was a good visit other than it being an hour late. The virtual appointment time was at 11 & I waited online until 12 before my doctor came on.

This was my first visit with this extension of Novant NHMRC. I've been with a different extension of this practice where I used to live almost 20 years so I knew my PCP internist very well as he and his staff knew my family. Being this was my first visit with a new internist who was very highly recommended to me by my former Doctor, I knew I'd be in good hands but it will take time for my confidence to go from s 9 to a 10 especially being a former medical professional just retired a long time now, widowed and old! All in all, I believe this will be a good experience and once they finish the roadwork it won't take me so long to get there and back!!!!

Dr Miller and Audrey are the best. He brings up the uncomfortable health topics but always with respect and patient interest his main concern. Very personal and respectful would give him an 11 if the scale went that high

The lab definitely needs improvement. Even though I had an appointment, I had to wait 40 minutes. Also, your finance department is lacking in knowledge. They called me to collect a balance from my hospital stay and if they would have checked, they would have learned that they sent bill to the wrong address. I checked with my insurance and found that I did not owe this $59.

I am very comfortable with Dr. Miller as my primary care giver. He is responsive, easy to talk to, and seems very invested in his patient's overall wellness. He is great!

Complete waste of time and money. Doctor just pushes you off to another specialist who then sends you back to your primary care who then recommends you go back to specialist.
