Dr.Osborn is the very best doctor that I have ever needed to visit, In order to receive medical care. Her bedside manner is impeccable, She shows empathy, compassion and kindness each and everytime you visit with her. Should blood test be needed closer to closing time It's okay, because if the blood labs are concerning to her, she will even call you after hours on her personel family time, late Into the evening, after it's recieved, and explains what she needs you to do, ie: emergency.I tell everyone I know about her and her office team, I hope Novant appreciates Doctors like her and helps me to spread the word. Dr Osborn is absolutely wonderful. She is so patient and makes me feel like she cares about my well-being as an individual. She has never made me feel like "just another patient" as many providers do. The rest of the team is just as wonderful.

I recommend Macy to literally anyone I come into contact with. She's not only an amazing PCP, but she cares and listens. She always remembers the little moments in my life and she's one of my favorite people. I hope she will be my pcp for life.
