Dr Osborn and her RN both were attentive and informative as we shared information about my health. I appreciate that Dr Osborn cares about me and doesn't treat me like a task to complete and move to the next appointment.

From the E-check in, front desk, nurses and Doctor I felt respected, comfortable and confident in my care. Dr. Osborne was patient, considerate, knowledgeable and made me feel confident in the care I was receiving. With the overall responses, care and treatment, I feel I'm on my way to better health.

I've always left with all my questions answered and when I come up with more I've never waited more than a day for answers. I honestly feel like they're invested in my well being.

I submitted my insurance via novant app. I called one day before to make sure that my insurance was applied without any problem. However when I come to appointment, I was told at reception that my insurance was rejected. I told that it should be active. Receptionist told me that its my responsibility to pay my monthly insurance bill!!! Really. Then I talked with insurance and found out that it was active. Then I told reception to call the insurance to learn my benefits and activity. 5 minutes later it was confirmed. So they should be more careful before blame someone to pay their insurance. Other than that Thankfully my doctor and nurses were very helpful and informative. It was smooth experience after reception process.

Dr Osborn was so kind and patient during our office visit. She made me feel confident in the plan about my health and she was very knowledgeable. I can see why she is so highly recommended !

Across the board in each department and category, each member performa at the highest professional manner possible. I have recommended Dr Osborn to friends and family as well as to newcomers who are asking for referrals on social media platforms. I feel BLESSED to be in such good hands as I am with Dr Osborn and team.

Dr. Osborn was very nice. She listened carefully and I had the results from my X-ray and medication and a follow up call from Dr Osborn two hours after I left. Personal and professional. I like it.

This visit was so refreshing. We left an office which was disorganized, unfriendly, not compassionate, with less-than-helpful care, and which never once asked for our feedback. Interacting with the staff and health professionals here was a night and day experience to what we came from. It was so refreshing, and I am so very grateful. Keep up the good work. This office has rekindled a hope in my mind that perhaps there still might be some true "care" in the term "Healthcare" after all.

I really enjoyed the staff . My doctor is very nice and always to the point. She is very carrying .

I felt unheard during my visit and was not given information on how to sign up for my chart to address any future concerns or make appointments. I didn’t receive clear instructions on how to take the medication I was prescribed and am unsure of how to reach the provider to communicate this without having to call the office and go through a phone tree

Dr. Osborn and her nurse was phenomenal! We were running late as my dad was so weak and they got us in, took care of him and the wonderful nurse helped put him in the car. So thankful for everyone there!!
