From the time I check in, great service, we always connect with a smile. Nurses, PA, Nursing assistance, again it's always friendly, we connect well. Dr. Zeckser always pleasant, we have time to catch up, then he reviews the last treatment, goes over all details.

The entire staff from the time I walked in to the time I walked out were courteous compassionate friendly and had a great sense of humor. It would have been nice to see Dr. Z prior to the procedure so I could have a name face and voice recognition. He was always focused on my comfort. Did a great job talking me at every step of the way. It was not nearly as bad as I thought it would be. I was treated with respect and the teamwork was excellent. I'm ready for the next one! ?

Silly, but I did not have my glasses with me; had to use a walker; not enough hands for extras. I asked the intake lady if maybe someone had left theirs behind. No, but she offered to help feel out my board. So nice of her to offer since she had her own work to do. I was treated with courtesy and respect; looking forward to my next appointment.

The injection process was effective. However, questions asked the doctor were answered in three words or less. Thankfully, my questions were not critical.

Thankful that every time I need an injection Dr Zeckser and the team always make me feel comfortable and less anxious. Thanks for being awesome!

Dr Zeckser is the most caring and informative doctor I’ve ever encountered. The whole team worked together and provided an amazing experience.

Dr. Zeckser and his staff were very nice, accommodating to my needs especially while taking my X Rays. I couldn’t stand very long and she would let me take a break and even brought me some water. Dr. Zeckser thoroughly explained what he found on my X-rays and what his plan is to help me with my pain! He answered my questions and was not in a rush to get out. I will be going back in a few weeks for him to do a procedure. God I pray it works!

Dr Zesker is amazing and a real asset to Novant! He's caring, knowledgeable and empathetic to my health care needs both at the office as well as sending me home with helpful literature to address my issues.

Dr Zeckser was very attentive to me. He gave me his opinion about what he wanted to do for me in two stages. I agreed and he set it up for the date and time for the first procedure.

Lack of treatment was mainly not their fault. Insurance is the holdup. I am in daily pain because they can’t/won’t do anything without insurance approval. i just want to stop hurting.

The nurse that stayed in the room with me while I got the hip injection she was so sweet and kept me calm the whole time. Everyone who I came in contact with they were all so kind and respectful, Everyone in the medical field needs a raise .
