Dr Zeckser is the most caring and informative doctor I’ve ever encountered. The whole team worked together and provided an amazing experience.

Dr. Zeckser and his staff were very nice, accommodating to my needs especially while taking my X Rays. I couldn’t stand very long and she would let me take a break and even brought me some water. Dr. Zeckser thoroughly explained what he found on my X-rays and what his plan is to help me with my pain! He answered my questions and was not in a rush to get out. I will be going back in a few weeks for him to do a procedure. God I pray it works!

Dr Zesker is amazing and a real asset to Novant! He's caring, knowledgeable and empathetic to my health care needs both at the office as well as sending me home with helpful literature to address my issues.

Dr Zeckser was very attentive to me. He gave me his opinion about what he wanted to do for me in two stages. I agreed and he set it up for the date and time for the first procedure.

Lack of treatment was mainly not their fault. Insurance is the holdup. I am in daily pain because they can’t/won’t do anything without insurance approval. i just want to stop hurting.

I trust in the quality of care I received. My doctor helps me any way he can. Back issues are tough but he stays on top of my care.

I had to wait for an hour after my appointment time. No one bothered to advise he was running behind. The PA was the one to examine me and tell me what I could do. Dr. Zeckser finally came in for about 2 or 3 minutes afterwards. Very disappointing that he didn't bother to take anymore time with me. They should not book so many people that they can't find the time to spend with you.

Was very pleased with the care and compassion shown.

All of the staff here were awesome. From the front desk and all the way to Dr. Zeckers himself. They all were very caring about your care and can answer all your questions and if they can’t they will get you the answers. I trust this facility with my life and would most definitely refer them to anyone needing orthopedic care.

I was amazed at how efficient they all work together and we're so very courteous and careful with me I really felt like I was in very good hands and I thank them very much for their care

The Dr was good The procedure was way better than I thought it would be.

It would be desirable to see the doctor's face for a second... I was able to speak to him, but the aspiration position (face down on the table) left me unable to identify who was giving me the treatment. I realize he is on a tight schedule, but this personal touch of simple eye contact is key!

Great and friendly people

Dr. Zeckser and all the Staff are wonderful, kind, take their time, Karen popped in to say hi. The care from the time you walk in are there to answer any questions. Friends and family know why I travel 48 miles each way.

Entire staff were fantastic.The Medical team went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable.Never met a nicer bunch of people !
