I've always been very pleased with Dr. Mcleod's care for me; he's always compassionate, caring, listens & is even personable. Because of my compromised health issues, he's extremely cautious when I'm having other medical issues. I respect his opinion & trust him, as my family does as well.

Under "Today's Visit" it says : Chronic Bronchitis,unspecified chronic bronchitis type(HCC). This was NOT discussed!! I do not understand why this just appeared and why it said it was addressed with doctor. I do NOT have bronchitis!!

Had to wait 40 minutes in the waiting room then some more waiting after BP and other tests performed.

Communication leaves a lot to be desired. I left a message re: follow up diagnostics days ago, and nobody has responded.

I have Plantar Fibroma which is a specialty. The Dr suggested some nsaid cream, but was not a specialist. He was able to take a suggested treatment I found online and find a pharmacy from which I could have it compounded. This was very helpful. He was very kind to see me and I would see him again if my primary was not available. Thank you to everyone on the staff that got me in so quickly and to the Dr. that treated me. I will unfortunately need a referral to a pediatrist.

I didn't have to wait for long before they called me in. One of things I like about the current staff is they are usually on time.

Dr. McLeod and his nurses and staff really listen to you and explain things to you so you can understand them perfectly. Dr. McLeod provides insight knowledge about your particular medical issues and he makes you feel so comfortable even though it is a Drs office visit. I truly feel he is one of the nicest and most knowledgeable Drs. I have and I trust him completely with my health issues.

The online visit was easy and user friendly. I had plenty of time to explain myself. Using an alternative doctor I felt comfortable he was reviewing my chart for best solution. I am grateful this was available.

Everything is all ways great at the Doctors office for me.

I received notice that I had been billed for labs from one year ago. Why does it take a year to sort out? It was the same when I was self-pay. I would pay full balance, and you would find something else to bill me for 3 months later. Is billing staff not aware how much lab testing costs? It is frustrating.

My visit with Dr. McLeod was very efficient and helpful when he discussed my health results with me.

Dr. Mcleod is top notch. I always feel comfortable w/ him. He absolutely LISTENS to what I share with him, and responds with honest interest. I was at a low during my last visit (unusual for me) but he offered practical advice and prescribed a new medication to get me to a better place. Tho' I haven't yet picked it up, I feel better just having seen him. I have the utmost confidence that my current state will improve. I suspect that's because I trust his medical ability. And BTW-- his human relations skills are super.

In my 77 years, I have never had a Doctor as good, kind, caring, and knoweldgable as Dr. McLeod. He really makes you feel comfortable and always has the answers to any questions or concerns I have. Also, his nurses, especially Dawn, are always a big help when help is needed for our ANYTHING...they really do care. I would rate Dr. McLeod and his staff a 11! +
