He's always great listener, great care, trustworthy, very knowledge, & great at educating each of us. He's personable & genuinely cares. We'd follow him anywhere! The staff is always friendly and Dr Mccloud take time to help me understand my heart problems and if I need to be seen more often he will address it with my heart doctor

I had an amazing experience with this location, it was clean, the staff were friendly and professional. Dr.McLode has great bedside manner he repeated back to me my concerns, what he could do for treatment plan, that led me to believe he was following my concerns for my treatment.

I have gone to them since 2003.

The only drawback or negative comment I have is that the appointment was rescheduled due to Dr McLeod not being in the office the day we originally scheduled it for. I am off on Fridays and he no longer sees patients on Friday. Otherwise, it was a smooth appointment that was running on time and his staff is always friendly and courteous.

It was very informative and made clear for me things I need to take care of my health by changing my eating habits.

I actually look forward to this annual visit. Everyone I come intact with is friendly, cheerful and treats you with interest and respect. Doctor McLeod is always upbeat and shows genuine interest in your health and does a thorough job of going over lab tests and any concerns you might have. He is friendly and relaxed and never seems rushed.

Dr. McLeod is a caring and VERY knowledgeable doctor who explains medical information to you in a way you can understand it. His nurses are so caring and provide excellent service to their patients. I know when I reqquest something or need to change something they will do it correctly for me. They treat their patients with respect.

Overall the experience was great. My only exception would be that we had to wait for an hour to see doctor. It seems that when we checked in , if he were running that far behind, someone could have mentioned it. I overheard check in staff tell another patient after we had been waiting 30 mins that doc was running behind and it would be another 30 mins before patient (who was ahead of us) would be taken back. Not the news you want to hear, but at least you know what to expect regarding wait time.

I've always been very pleased with Dr. Mcleod's care for me; he's always compassionate, caring, listens & is even personable. Because of my compromised health issues, he's extremely cautious when I'm having other medical issues. I respect his opinion & trust him, as my family does as well.
