My experience with this provider was having my concerns dismissed as she felt my pain was just a flair up & in my head. Not appreciated at all. My issue with my back is very much real and been an issue for over 2 months. This pain has not stopped me from enjoying daily activities but also prevents me from doing my teaching job.

I arrived about an hour early for my appointment and expected to wait. However, Dr. Kilpatrick had a no show and was able to see me within 10 minutes of arrival. This was my first post-op visit and I was thrilled to get to see her. She is very understanding, knowledgeable and compassionate.

Dr Killpatrick saved me from being a paraplegic! She saw the problem several other Drs overlooked, they were not with Novant. Also Shelly Tr is great, visiting and planning for my best interest after leaving the hospital. The entire staff is caring and involved in my recovery. I'm so glad I chose Novant Spine and Orthopedic teams, together I am on my way to walking again thanks to them!!
